New CUSD Students:

In addition to online registration, in-person registration is REQUIRED for all new CUSD students. Please bring birth certificate, immunization record, and two current proofs of residency to the in-person appointment.
Please complete the online registration process prior to scheduling an appointment.
Returning Students:
August 5, 8:00-11:00am & 12:00-2:30pm: Last Name A-K
August 6, 8:00-11:00am & 12:00-2:30pm: Last Name L-Z
August 7, 8:00-11:00am & 12:00-2:30pm: Make-up day
Registration is not complete until online registration has been completed AND verification of residency documents have been submitted to the registrar at your child's school site. No appointment is needed for returning student registration.
